‘CAUGHT IN THE MIDDLE’…
an interesting phrase. God gave me this revelation; and whatever He tells me, it’s always masterful!
Honestly, no one is ever ‘caught in the middle’.
Selah.
Why? Because there are only two sides of each and every story: one side is right, it is holy. The other is wrong, unholy, and very likely, replete with lies.
Beloved, whenever there is strife, get out your Bible. Right is right. Wrong is wrong. Sometimes we sin, sometimes we simply make a mistake.
Selah.
But there is always the truth, truth is always the answer!
Here is the case: when you are in dispute, no matter who it is with; be it spouse, child, employer, fake friends, real friends, church brethren: there is and always only one thing to strive for: truth. I have often told my family that they should pay attention: I never side with someone simply because I love them; I never blame someone just because I don’t like them. I always want the truth of God’s ways embraced, cherished, uplifted… And therefore, I endeavor to find out who is right, who is wrong. And yes, sometimes it may be both are right, both are wrong. One must divided the Word of God in Spirit and in truth.
Selah.
Remember always: there are only two kingdoms. There is only one, true God. Choose to be in His good grace!
SCRIPTURAL TRUTHS FOR THIS JOY STORY:
Ephesians 2:1-10
As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath. But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
John 14:6
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
1 Kings 17:24
Then the woman said to Elijah, “Now I know that you are a man of God and that the word of the Lord from your mouth is the truth.”
3 John 1:4
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.
2 Timothy 2:15
Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
Ephesians 6:14
Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place
John 4:24
God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”
Revelation 22:10-11
Then he told me, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this scroll, because the time is near.1 Let the one who does wrong continue to do wrong; let the vile person continue to be vile; let the one who does right continue to do right; and let the holy person continue to be holy.”
Growing up in a home without the love for God, an invalid father, heavy financial hardships, and tremendous (sometimes dangerous) discord is always difficult. Add on to that extreme shyness, a feeling of inferiority, and some may think this girl was rejected. But God’s hand was on her and His heart was for her. Today, Ann Marie Turner has performed many great services in Jesus’ name for the love of God and man; and for herself! She has ministered in the male correctional for over ten years. Along with this website, Ann is the author of Joy Stories, Volume One and The Free Incarcerated Man. Writing about the joy of the Lord and the victory that is available for a willing soul is one of Ann’s now greatest joys! Ann’s prayer for you is to overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony. Celebrate the God of the Bible and your personal victories in Christ unceasingly! Revelation 12:11 They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
