Today I used it briefly to see what to do if there is a coyote in a front yard like there was in mine this morning!

I was planning of getting out of bed at 5:00 a.m. I stuck to that plan. But, at 4:40 a.m. I heard more than one barking dog…   I believe I’m not that much of a curious person so I didn’t care.  Even though I don’t think I’ve ever heard dogs bark so early in the morning I was totally unconcerned and incurious.

Selah.

Remember this was at 4:40 a.m. Duane took Tina out right around 5:15 – 5:20 a.m. Just as they came in and headed back to the bedroom I was looking out our huge living room window. Didn’t know why…

The Holy Ghost (fully God and a most important person of the Godhead) wanted me to. There was a coyote just coming into our front yard! Duane and Tina hadn’t been back in the house even three minutes! I just had to call him to come see…

Coyotes are beautiful! Wisdom is essential!!

We thank God (always and forever, a good thing to do) that Tina was in the house! Duane would have been fearless but we’re both still glad this furry fellow didn’t attack Tina because God didn’t give him a chance. I’m certain he was hungry, poor thing.

NOTE: Always remember that animals and other God-created beings suffer from Adam’s Fall. Don’t hurt them if you don’t have to. (Hunting is not wrong though.)

So when it’s dark and if I’m home alone, now I will not only look out to the back of the house, but I will take time to check out the front. I’m told that coyotes normally don’t bother us, they run…  Exceptions happen.

The very best counsel I can bless you with regarding these types of happenings: plead the blood of Jesus. His blood and the faith He has given us in it can’t be topped by any other weapon!
